When you place an order, you acknowledge that you are the credit card holder for the credit card used for the transaction, and you agree to pay the full amount of the invoice, including shipping and all applicable taxes. Delivery will be made once we receive and validate your payment.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
In order to offer you the best online shopping experience, we make sure your order is delivered in excellent condition.
We use Canada Post services for the delivery of our orders. The delivery is free of charge everywhere in Quebec when the order totals $60 or more. For orders under $60, an $8 shipping charge applies. Packages are usually delivered within 2 to 7 business days of your order.
To ensure that our products are delivered in the best conditions, a signature may be required upon receipt of the package. If you are not present at the time of the delivery, your parcel will be sent to a Canada Post office where you will have to pick it up.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No returns will be accepted without the original purchase receipt.
We do not accept any returns on skin care products that have been opened or used, except in the case of an allergic reaction.
A return is accepted if the product is defective or damaged. To make a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, by email to email@example.com so that your product is replaced or refunded. Delivery charges are not refundable.
If you develop an allergic reaction after the use of any of our skin care products, please notify us within 48 hours, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For a refund to be provided, it is possible we first request you fill out a questionnaire, provide photos, and/or provide a signed medical certificate.
